Terms of Use

Before subscribing to our application (“Application”), please carefully read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). By subscribing, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Kushvsporte, sports predictions provides a website and a mobile application for Android and iOS (“Application”) for use on mobile devices.

This Agreement is a legal document between you (an individual or legal entity) and Bet Verify doo, governing your use of the Application provided by Bet Verify doo. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, do not subscribe to the Application.

The Application is licensed to you, not sold, and may only be used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License

Bet Verify doo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and only within the framework of this Agreement.

You may delete the Application from your device at any time by following the standard removal instructions provided by your operating system, settings, or browser.

You agree not to perform or allow others to perform the following actions:

• Transfer, sell, rent, distribute, host, disclose, or otherwise use the Application for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties.
• Copy or use the Application for purposes not permitted by the “License” section.
• Modify, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices).

Application

All rights to the Application are fully owned by Bet Verify doo. Bet Verify doo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

The Application may display or link to third-party content or services (“Third-Party Services”), which are used at your own risk.

Bet Verify doo may provide updates, which are also governed by this Agreement.

Any feedback you provide becomes the property of Bet Verify doo.

Privacy Policy

Bet Verify doo processes your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Terms

If you believe any content infringes copyright, notify us with a description, location, contact info, and a statement of good faith.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Application.

You agree to indemnify Bet Verify doo for claims related to your use of the Application.

The Application is provided “AS IS”, with no guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

Bet Verify doo’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Application. No liability for indirect damages.

General Provisions

If a provision is invalid, it will be adjusted; the rest remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

Agreement Changes

We may update this Agreement. You’ll be notified of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Serbian law. Other laws may also apply.

This is the entire agreement regarding the Application. Additional terms may apply for other services.
